Special Ladies Spinning & Styling Class by Somos El Son
Sunday May 18th from 3-4pm
Fee: $10 drop in
This class will be geared for beginner to intermediate dancers who are looking to spice up their dancing with a little feminine flair! Ladies styling is all about a dancer's strength, range of motion, ability to spot and spin, flexibility, musicality, and of course, attitude. This class is designed to teach you techniques that you can practice at home by yourself, that will help you establish the skills that you need to be able to spin and style while you dance, all while learning a shor

Somos El Son was created in Seattle, WA nine years ago by the Chavez brothers, known in the salsa world for their incredibly fast and technical shines as well as innovative choreographies. Co-Directors Israel and Victor Chavez were born and raised in Mexico City and have been dancing salsa since early childhood. Their dancing developed in the “streets” of Mexico, and the Chavez syle is known for its raw essence. They strive to bring their innate passion for Salsa to our local community and actively continue to expand their influence into the Seattle Salsa Scene.
